Certifications
Quality control procedures conform to all FAA standards. Quality management system certified to AS9100D and ISO 9001:2015.
Non-destructive testing
Accredited network partners provide complete non-destructive testing — visual and fluorescent penetrant dye surface inspection, magnetic particle inspection for magnetic material, and ultrasonic testing for internal defects.
Traceability
Incoming material is documented at every possible step through final inspection and shipment. All documents are maintained for a minimum of 10 years for immediate recall, with longer retention available order by order.

Quality clauses
These quality clauses must be followed and flowed down through the entire supply chain if they are called out on the purchase order for the material you are supplying. The latest revision always prevails, and these clauses are in addition to Alloys International terms and conditions.
